Errors have been fixed and I’ve asked Amazon to email any who have purchased the book to inform them that an Update is available to download. Again, apologies for the errors. Lesson learnt for the 3rd book which I will delay until I’m completely happy with the editing.

Sometimes Amazon will not email and if that’s the case, I’ll have to let you know myself when the update is available by blog/ Facebook/ email etc.
